In his function as Commercial Director - Europe Claus Brun lead the transformation process of our European water market activities. In his function as SVP for Central & Eastern Europe for the LOGSTOR Group, Claus lead the acquisition process of Stizo Termo in Romania. While handling the whole process from negotiating and finalising the deal, Claus also managed the integration process of Stizo Termo into the LOGSTOR Group. The acquisition formed the basis for LOGSTOR achieving a market leadership position in the Balkans within two years after the acquisition
Matt and his team helped to design and roll out the local Launch Readiness process for our new drug launches, the so called LITE initiative. In addition, they organised a global Launch Readiness training workshop for the BI country representatives which was well received throughout the organisation and formed the basis for their implementation.
Matt helped our start-up/early-phase business with consultancy advice and helped us to focus on the different distribution channels which would enable the business to scale-up production and seek further growth opportunities. In addition, to continuing to build up the brand proposition of Truleaf to help differentiate and mitigate against increasing future competition.
Matt provided the company with consultancy advice over a 3-month period which helped to focus the business offering from a broader graphic/web design company to one that anchored the business around company reports and infographics for third-sector organisations. This advice helped to clearly articulate the business offering and build up a successful business development campaign.
